I stayed at the resort during an extended layover. The staff was always thinking ahead and providing the best recommendations to accommodate my situation. They offered me an upgrade at a discounted price and provided a drink voucher on the first day. The staff makes this place what it is. The poolside service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and kindly explained that one staff member is serving all customers at the pool so it might take some time but I was always provided with an update on my order. I believe her name was Genna, she had the best attitude and took her time speaking with guests to make sure everyone was okay. She should really be in charge of some customer service division at the resort. The beach service was out of this world, and the staff at the bar were super friendly, I felt more like a friend than a guest.

Incredibly pristine facility! EVERYONE was exceptional! The cleanest, friendliest, hands down best hotel I've ever stayed at. I wish I could have remembered every employee's name, Centri ( I hope I spelled that correctly) she greeted us at the front desk and was so welcoming and helpful. She literally took care of everything for us and was outstanding. Nick and Frank at the beach set up our chairs and took care of our orders. The bartender on Tuesday evening (5/21) I didn't get her name, but she made the best drinks. Every valet attendant was quick and resourceful with recommendations. The house keeping staff making sure we had towels and toiletries. I could go on and on. I'm truly just blown away and will never not recommend this hotel.

We booked an Oceanview room and it did not disappoint. It is a very old character resort that has been completely remodelled. The room was large and spacious and it had a nice bathroom. The resort is right on the ocean and the view was excellent. The beach itself is beautiful soft sand and perfect for children. This resort has many family activities planned at the beach - lots of beach toys and lounge chairs. We found the food and service in the restaurants very good and the staff overall were knowledgeable and courteous.

The location was amazing, directly on the beach with gorgeous views from the balconies. Food at the restaurants was quite good. Staff was helpful, efficient and friendly from valet, to front desk, restaurants, and pool and beach staff. Great service by the pool for food and drinks. We were in a two queen bed room which was clean and comfortable and had a large living room area. We were lucky to go during a week where pricing was much more reasonable so definitely got value for our money.

The beach, food, pool, rooms, and spa were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. the bed was incredibly comfortable. We actually stayed 6 nights and ate most of our meals here. While pricey, there was a decent selection and I didn’t tire of the food because it was excellent. (The seafood risotto is to die for.) I would highly recommend to friends and family.
